This is it: This is where you will begin to learn about the basic resources needed to launch your first internet marketing sites. How do you do it? What do you need to know? Where do you get it?
The web, as you may have already determined, is stuffed with information about all manner of things. Have you begun to wade through ALL the web sites that want to sell you the ultimate tool to get rich online? Don't let them fool you. This isn't the lottery. It IS an opportunity to build a business that can allow you to work independently, make a decent living, and take a day off on occasion on YOUR terms. So, the first advice is not to get discouraged yet expect to put some real effort into building your business. It most certainly can be worth it if you don't get suckered in by all the "offers" online. Read on to begin learning and gathering resources that work.
– Hosting is where your web site(s) reside online. There are many, many out there. At some point you may even become a "hosting provider" yourself.
Web Design – Well, this is a mouthful. Let's just say that as you learn, you'll begin to understand the parts and pieces that web design involve. Ultimately, it is important to always keep an eye on overall web design. It does get easier as things begin to work.
SEO – This stands for Search Engine Optimization. Don't worry so much about the acronym but learn the principals of what it takes to get your sites found on the search engines.
Marketing – Utlimately, this is what it is all about. You don't have to be a marketing genius to be successful, but you will learn to be thinking about marketing quite a bit.
This is the beginning of the information you'll need to get started. Now the first thing to do is think about what is out there that you may want to sell. Make a list of things you are passionate about and begin to build that list with everything that may be bought and sold in that area. Do that for all things that you are interested in. This begins the search for a niche market.
